The Summer 2026 GIS Institute will be held from June 1 – 12, 2026. Brown graduate students, researchers, staff and faculty are eligible to apply to the Institute.

• Notification of acceptance starts:

• Application deadline:  
  Friday, May 1, 2026, 11:59 pm Eastern Time
• Institute begins: 
  Monday, June 1, 2026
• Final project presentation: 
  Friday, June 12, 2026
